- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Potential discounts available for booking more than 3 months in advance, booking multiple services at one time, and booking multiple dates at one time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of communication! Whenever possible I prefer meeting with them beforehand so I'm not a stranger watching over their children or pets. If preferred, I'm willing to meet with the children and pets as well to make you more comfortable!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During college I worked in a day care for almost a year watching children with the age range of small infants to teenagers. Parents from the daycare would ask me to babysit, house sit, and pet sit outside of day care hours and I would help out when I could!
