The Plantation Room Company

The Plantation Room Company is a locally owned general contracting company serving Middle Tennessee since 1992. We work on both residential and commercial properties and handle roofing, siding, gutters, water and fire damage restoration, full remodels, and new construction. We also build outdoor additions such as sunrooms, patio covers, decks, and screen rooms. Much of our work involves helping homeowners after storm damage caused by wind, hail, ice, and falling trees. When a tree damages a roof or structure during severe weather, we can respond quickly to secure the property, perform emergency and temporary repairs, and prevent further damage. In the event of a fire, we can respond with tarping and temporary protection to help safeguard personal belongings and limit additional interior damage until permanent repairs are made. We then guide homeowners through the insurance claim process from start to finish. Insurance companies have their own teams working for them, and our role is to make sure you have someone on your side who understands the process and the laws your policy must follow. We work directly with adjusters, document the damage, and help ensure nothing is missed so you receive what you are entitled to under your coverage. In most insurance-related projects, the homeowner is only responsible for their deductible. For projects that are not insurance-related, we offer fair pricing and financing options. All inspections are free, and we take pride in being a long-standing, trusted contractor in Middle Tennessee who stands behind our work.
