I can't say enough about Technical Solutions.....FANTASTIC! Quick response time. Clear communications about the job and the schedule. Showed up on time and did the job in a timely manor. Very professional. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and would feel comfortable allowing him to work in my home if I wasn't there. I have been looking for a professional to do some minor electrical work and I must say I need to look no further. I hired Justin to do a wiring and outlet install job. Not only did Justin provide a fair price but he has been one of the most professional individuals I have hired. Justin was very timely, professional, clean and organized and did an amazing job. It's not often you find help that is great at what they do, but also a people person, well presented and organized. If I can rate Technical Solutions with 100 stars, I would!! He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. He was available the same day (within a few hours) which was very convenient! Justin replaced two ceiling light fixtures and a ceiling fan for me. His work was excellent. He was prompt, very professional, worked efficiently, and cleaned up as he went. I wish all the service people whom I've had out to do tasks around the house were as good as Justin. I recommend him very highly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of our pricing is based upon flat rates that include materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing communication, a free design consultation is offered either remotely or on site. Once the desired work has been determined a quote is provided for the client. Once the project cost has been agreed upon the project is scheduled promptly at the convenience of the client. The work is reviewed in detail upon completion and client satisfaction is well established before payment is made for services rendered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years I have participated in ongoing education and still continue to do so in the electrical trades required to maintain my license. I have also chosen to attend several trade schools that relate to other skill sets. One example of such is Cedia levels I & II. Cedia is an organization that supports people in the audio video installation trades.
