We worked with RW for a family dinner at an Airbnb we rented in Nashville, and from the first phone conversation, I knew he was the kind of person worth hiring. He really took time to chat about our needs and come up with a custom, Asian meets Nashville inspired menu within our budget and in line with some dietary restrictions. It was such a different experience than the other catering quotes we had gathered with cookie cutter menu suggestions. The food and service was exceptional and above and beyond what we ever expected. It made for a truly special evening. I cannot recommend Music City Party Time enough!

Music City Party Time did an excellent job catering our event! I was in a pinch and was able to secure them just two days prior to our party. Thanks to their fast responsiveness, professionalism and commitment to service and support, everything got planned and secured quickly and the event was executed smoothly!! The food was delicious and had great presentation, the team was great and so much fun to work with and we are so grateful to have found them! We absolutely recommend them and will definitely hire them again!

They did such a great job bartending for us at our reception. R. W. Showed up and our families bombarded him immediately but he handled it so well. They were quick and got everyone what they needed. They were very responsive and helped me out getting and idea what to get for the reception. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they did. For anyone considering i highly recommend moon child party time!

They are amazing, they helped make my wedding a huge hit they were super helpful brought drinks out to me and my wife while we were taking pictures and always answered all my calls and texts instantly, and helped me get the right amount of alcohol for my number of guests, 10/10 would recommend if you need a bartender.
