There is no doubt we found our bartender, Cedric is it.

From the initial conversation about our event to the moment our event began, it was clear we were in the hands of a true professional. Poppin’ Bottles bartending exceeded every expectation- not just in skill, but in the kind of thoughtful attention to detail that's genuinely rare to find.

Every drink was perfectly mixed. Not "good enough" — *perfectly* mixed. Proportions were spot on, garnishes were deliberate, and the presentation consistently looked like something out of a high-end cocktail bar. Guests were raving about their drinks all night.

What really stood out was the responsiveness and candor. No matter how busy my schedule got, he always followed up with the right gentle nudge. When I shared the proposed drink inspiration it was a say less, let’s do it!

The overall candor was refreshing too! Personable without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being showy. Cedric had genuine conversations, offered thoughtful suggestions, and clearly took pride in the craft. That kind of warmth elevates the whole experience from a service to a highlight of the afternoon.

Cedric was so wonderful at mine and my husbands reception. He was so kinda and fun, his drinks were amazing tasted great. Super responsive and helpful with any questions, I’ll definitely rebook for any event :)

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Cedric Williams for our gathering. And that’s from start to finish.

He was professional and warm from first contact. He was the first agency I contacted for bar services, and he made me comfortable with the options he offered.

He gave a quote which he provided in writing soon after so that I could more easily make comparisons with competitors for cost concerns.

He kept good communication with me throughout the process. He researched the venue in advance of the event to ensure that everything would go well with the arrangements.

He arrived for the event on time and had a smooth, professional setup. He was even warmer in person than by phone, but positively professional.

During the event proper, I could not have been more proud of picking him for the job. He provided a wide variety of drinks and mixes. I heard unsolicited praises from attendees. One lady commented about he knew what everyone wanted after their first time at the bar, and remembered it every time they went back.

I witnessed him getting on wonderfully with other guests. Anyone in the bar room had a smile on their faces.

He cleaned up after himself, packing back up as smoothly as he’d set up.

I would not hesitate to hire him again for any event, formal, professional, or casual. If I have opportunity to use his services again, I will be happy to do so.

Again, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

First, Cedrick was so responsive and get the event set up with all questions answered and assurances. Then, they sent Doug!! He was so amazing with all of our guests!! The bar was clean and organized when he left. We will never do another event with Poppin'Bottles!!
