- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While shopping for pricing the customer needs to take into consideration the storage of the food. Does the menu consist of frozen items (these items are traditionally less expensive) or is the quality of the food the main concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We strive to be our personal best...most of our staff have been cooking for many years we have over 100 years of combined cooking experience. There are some of us that have graduated culinary programs, most of us are college graduates that have migrated to our passion which is food. We have taken several cooking classes and some have traveled overseas to learn different techniques. Our combined knowledge of food, combinations, and techniques make us unique and make us outstanding in our field. We can cook any type of food from our Classic Southern roots, to Thai, Spanish, Asian, and Italian.

Small intimate dinner parties, cooking classes, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate team building events, luncheons, dinners, board of directors meetings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations.
