- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I almost always work within my clients budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First make sure I have the day of their event open! Then I ask them what their budget is for their event. Must haves and have nots! Then I start designing their dream menu!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I attend trade shows and culinary classes by my peers as often as possible to keep on local trends and happenings. DHEC also provides us w classes on a yearly basis.
