Cristina is amazing! She shows up early, prepares an amazing meal of any size, is pleasant with my guests, and leaves my kitchen better than when she came in. She also will plan the menu, grocery shop, and make sure everything is perfect!

Mariposa's was such an amazing decision for the most important day of our lives, our wedding day!!!! The food was perfect and Cristina is such a pleasure to work with. I am a professional photographer and in addition to providing food for my wedding I have also worked many events that Mariposas has catered including other weddings and Gavin DeGraw's video shoot for "Soilder" -- Mariposas is the best!!

Cristina catered a small wedding for family in March and everyone was beyond thrilled with the yummy goodies she created. From the homemade sweet potato biscuits to the fried chicken and let me not leave out the mac n cheese!! Yum!! Mariposas Catering is clearly a passion for this girl. And when you are doing something you love it shines through. I have recommended Mariposa to friends in the area and everyone has been more than pleased with what was catered at their events. Can't wait for my next event to see what they will cook up:)

I almost always work within my clients budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First make sure I have the day of their event open! Then I ask them what their budget is for their event. Must haves and have nots! Then I start designing their dream menu!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I attend trade shows and culinary classes by my peers as often as possible to keep on local trends and happenings. DHEC also provides us w classes on a yearly basis.
