- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Delivery drop off platters start at $10 per person and can go upwards with additions. Full service catering starts at $16 and can go up to $40 depending on menu. Picking up catering is a discounted ala carte menu.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically go over all the different options and find which suits them best. I take down all their information, send them a quote. Follow up within 72 hours and once booked they receive a copy of the order and a reminder about the order 24 hours before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachalors in Hospitality Management. I've worked in in the hospitality industry in a management role for 7 years and catering for 5 years.
