Chris came out, quickly diagnosed and repaired my unit. Gave me a quick tutorial on maintenance and how my unit worked. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Would give him 10 stars if I could.

Had my unit stop working at 5:30pm on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Aire Serv and they had a technician on the way within an hour. The technician, Joe Henry, was kind, professional, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within about 30 minutes. By 7:30pm my AC was fixed and working great. Great experience all around, thanks again to Joe and Aire Serv.

Joe was very friendly and professional. He took the time to provide education about what was going on with our AC unit and options to fix it. They scheduled us in at midday notice the day our AC unit went out and it was 95+ degrees outside. We will be using Aire serve for our all our AC unit needs going forward.
