- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a very simple pricing system. We have a list of services that we offer and prices that go along with what the customer needs to have done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified MCSE and have over 20 years experience! We are always learning in our line of work. Devices are often progressing. We update our processes often.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually started in this profession with a friend of the family, way back before high school. I think I was around 15. I remember riding my moped to work sometimes!!
