- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on each specific project. I pride myself on getting the job completely done and never saying "Not my job"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me I will ask questions to assess what you need help with. If able, we will do a remote connection to fix the issue, if not, I will come to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained as an airline pilot and have been doing IT on the side for 13 years. I am a certified phone technician and networking specialist.
