I was looking for a handyman and home cleaning service for my rental property in Clarksville area. Mr. Mike Bell quickly responded and provided me an affordable estimate for the jobs needed to be done. I told him that my rental property needed to be move-in ready in couple of days. He was able to work on my home the very next day. Mr. Bell is very nice!!! Not only he did an excellent job on my home, he also went above and beyond!! Thank you so much Mr. Bell!! Here is the list of the jobs that were accomplished over the weekend: -Repaired and re-secured deck, handrails, steps & main post -Patched hole in bedroom wall -Fixed toilet and replaced toilet seats. -Replaced mini blinds -Cleaned the kitchen appliances and cabinets -Cleaned walls, baseboards, window and sill. -Swept and mopped kitchen floor, living room area and hallway -Vacuumed the bedrooms and closet -Power washed front door, front entrance, porch, and steps. - Swept out garage. - Removed trash and debris He is such an affordable excellent handyman that I’m making him my go-to handyman for repairs, painting and cleaning services. :) I also recommended him to my property management.
