We recently had our deck rebuilt with a cover from midtown and love the final product. Work was finished quickly and minor issues were taken care of. While not the cheapest option, the full service and outcome makes it worth the investment!

We had the pleasure of working with Trey Bonnot when getting a free consultation and quote from Midtown Home Improvements recently for a screen room with Fresco cover over our existing deck. He was very personable and professional and very knowledgeable about multiple aspects of the project and pros and cons of our space. He spent over three hours with us going over all of the details and timelines and answering the many questions we had since this was our first time doing any sort of major home renovation or addition. He was also really good about bringing in samples of the materials he recommended using so that we could have a better idea of how the finished product will look and feel. There was very minimal sales pitch type feelings and he really only focused on how finding a reputable construction company was paramount to getting the home you want with minimal headache since contractors often do not have the best reputation.Overall we feel great about our decision to go with Midtown Home Improvements and owe a lot of that to the competence and patience of Trey! Danny was also helpful over the phone to help us seal the deal with financial details!

We had a great experience with Danny he walked us thru everything. And said we would have the new roof before March 1. And we did. They showed up 2/29 and was done by 3pm cleaned everything up and left it cleaner then before they showed up. Definitely recommend if u need a new roof or any home improvements

Im so happy with my new screen room from Midtown. Ive seen some other screen rooms that didnt add to the overall look of the house but this one does. It wasnt just a package but I was able to pick the design and the size I wanted 10 x 14! I had a slight issue/miscommunication on the downspouts but the new manager called me and addressed the issue immediately. Its just the way I wanted it and I cant wait until a little warmer weather when I can really enjoy using it! Thank you.
