I provide mobile DJ/MC services for all occasions. From corporate, weddings, house parties and all events in between. Genres covered include funk, R&B, rock, hip-hop, country, disco, pop, blues, latin and old school. I have a huge playlist and can cater music to all guests and their music preferences. I supply cordless mics for announcements or for those that want to display their singing abilities. I have plenty of energy and known to get out and dance with the crowd. I am truly the life of the party. Pricing varies per event.

Derrell was so fun to have at our reception! He played great music and was such a fun time! He even came out to dance a few times with us! Definitely recommend him for any party or event you’re throwing.

Having never had the occasion to hire a DJ, I really didn't know what to expect. Because I wanted my 40th birthday party to be a spectacular event, I knew that music had to be good. I asked Derrell for a sample mix after giving him my party theme. I knew I had to hire him when his sample mix had my friend and I up dancing and singing. I had a few bumps in the road in the execution of my party, but Derrell took care of his part, which allowed me to focus on other things (like getting myself ready for my own party). Before I even arrived, I had guests texting me asking who my DJ was and telling me how good he was. It was my desire to make an entrance and he helped me coordinate that. It helped to set the tone for the rest of my party. The only reason the dance floor emptied was because my guests were so tired from dancing! I had one guess who delayed her departure at least an hour because the music kept drawing her back to the dance floor. I saw people dancing that I've NEVER seen dance at events before. Not only is Derrell an attentive DJ, he's interactive. How he was able to DJ and get out on the dance floor with us, I'll never figure out. He made such an impression that my guests are STILL talking about him 2 weeks later! Even the ones who didn't attend are saying they heard I had a great DJ. Thanks Derrell "Swagrito" Vaughn! You are now my official DJ for any future events!

My wedding reception was amazing everyone had so much he played what we liked and what our guests liked he interacted with all our guests and partied with us. Everyone asked where we found him and complimented on how well he was and asked if we do family function that they would like him to DJ again

He was absolutely wonderful to work with! The planning process was easy as pie with him! I let him know the major songs I wanted for my wedding and left the rest to Derrell. He was professional. He showed up early and was very prepared. I had so many guests compliment the dj and his playlist. He danced along and made sure everyone had fun! He even let us use handheld mics to sing along! I SERIOUSLY recommend using Derrell. I can't believe the deal he offers and the quality I got compared to wedding djs that are three times the price. I'll use Derrell for anything that comes up in the future!
