Shane came out about an hour after the initial call and went to work right away for a Toilet Gasket/Tank Repair. . There were some tough rusted bolts that needed to be sawed off but Shane took care of them and was updating throughout the process. Would use again.

0verall good experience. Instant response and a 2 hour window for a non emergency. Techs were very friendly very quick and everything works as it should. Price however was very high. 500 for a on/off valve and adaptor for a fridge water line non copper (cut out all of our existing copper line) and just straight to an flexible hose. Maybe 20 minutes. We paid that price for an entire shower pumbing reroute/remodel. Understand you pay for experience and speed. We needed the newly delivered refrigerator to be up and working, pricing structure is just excessive. Fair prices will get repeat and word of mouth. Unfortunately this more than likely be a one time call.
