The initial plan was inadequate to do the job but after further discussion that the vents would removed and brushing inside each duct would be cleaned I agree to the cleaning method even though the price more than triple the original proposal. The equipment used was not up to the best standards for the job which included a portable hepa- vacuum and a power tool with a brush on a long extension. I wouldn’t use them again.
