In addition to doing what he was supposed to do, he was also nice enough to remove the 2 hornets nests in my garage. He was very professional and courteous.
We've been with Alta for a few years now and haven't had any issues. They've always been responsive and have done a great job at keeping our home pest free. Mark just came out this morning and was very friendly, informative, and was beyond helpful in preventative maintenance.

Customer service is very responsive. Our tech was nice, professional and thorough. He exterminated inside the house and garage and outside as requested. We like having Alta.

Very easy to work with and very responsive! I love that they come out and get the job done with little to no effort on my part. They are always quick to come over when I need extra help with the spiders in between treatments. I have some persistent brown recluse spiders but thanks to Alta they aren't a problem at all now.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now we are currently pricing Thumbtack customers at a discounted rate in hopes to boost our presence on the site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what pests they're dealing with, and send them a quote. Upon the technician's arrival he checks in with the customer and performs an inspection of the property. He treats the property accordingly and gives recommendations on how to best proceed going forward to keep the property pest free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe the best way to learn pest control is being hands on. Though all our technicians are well studied and licensed, their best attribute is the years of experience doing the job correctly. The owners and service managers come from years of experience working with different companies in the industry before coming to Alta, bringing a more complete and diversified approach to how to get the job done.
