- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering $200 off any initial general pest control agreement, termite protection or rodent exclusion. We are the only pest control company in the Nashville offering same day services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer, we perform a thorough inspection on the entire home, which includes the attic and crawlspace to identify any conducive conditions that may cause the client issues in the future. This way, we can can practice integrated pest management using the proper pests as well as prevent issues before they occur.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has 20 years of experience in Pest Control. He has also received training from one of the largest companies in New York that specialize in bedbug elimination. He received extensive training in wood destroying insect inspection and identification and has performed thousands of wood destroying inspect inspections for real estate transactions. All of our technicians are experienced and thoroughly trained.
