Introduction: I try to be as creative as possible, doing the same workout and program can get boring and make you become unmotivated. Every workout with me will be fun, exciting and different every time. I also have benchmark workouts that I will have my clients come back to so they can see their progress after the hard work they have put in. Once I started training people I became a much happier person. There is nothing more rewarding than changing someone's life.

Rob Murden is an excellent coach and personal trainer. He is well-versed in various fitness domains (cardio, strength, flexibility, plyometrics, stamina) and styles of working out (Crossfit, boot camps, circuit training, powerlifting, olympic lifting). Moreover, he is knowledgeable about best practices in diet, weight loss, and nutrition to enhance performance. Best of all, he is humorous, easygoing, and easy to work with!

Rob was my coach for Crossfit bootcamp. I had never been to Crossfit, nor to a bootcamp. He definitely helped change my opinion of both. His encouraging attitude and inventive workouts kept me wanting to come back -- which is the hardest part! I noticed results quickly, but, more than that, I had fun. He is the kind of trainer you want!

Rob is a great coach! He makes his sessions fun and encourages you to do your best even when you don’t feel motivated at times. Every workout session gives you a total body workout. If your new to fitness and you want to start exercising, he is very patient and will make sure you understand everything. He keeps you focused on your goals. He is not intimidating in his approach. All around, a great guy.

Rob is a kind and motivating trainer. His creative programming keeps workouts from being boring and routine. He is knowledgeable and gives helpful tips and advice tailored to me and my fitness goals. Very fun to work out with!

Rob has amazing firsthand experience in personal and group training. His workout methods are exceptional and affective. Additionally, how he delivers instruction, feedback, and tools for fitness are helpful and encouraging. The most important aspect for me is having someone who genuinely cares about my goals and accomplishments and Rob does just that. I would recommend him to any and everyone looking for personal training.
