Introduction: JDZYN focuses on artistic digital architectural renderings and conceptual drawings. The majority of my work comes from repeat clients and the recommendations they give their peers -- who then go on to become repeat clients. I am pleased to be the visualizer of choice for several local architects who are working on high profile projects all across Nashville. Fresh off the boards are three hero views of a 48 unit residential complex being developed in the booming WeHo neighborhood. Another high-profile project recently completed is an interior view of a $10M honky-tonk project on Lower Broadway. IT'S TAKEN SOME TIME, BUT I'M FINALLY LIVING MY DREAM. Digital 3D modeling had only recently become accessible to architecture schools and firms when I graduated in ’98. My first boss out of college asked me what area of the profession I was most interested in. When I told him 3D modeling and rendering, he told me flatly that was not the path to take. Morale faded quickly. Fast forward several years to a new firm where I flourished in a visualization role until the economic crisis forced drastic downsizing. While the building industry was readjusting to this new environment, I was seeking to establish myself as a graphic designer. As the construction market improved, a timely introduction to an architect looking to market himself got me back on the path to architectural visualization, and I’m flourishing again.”
