I loved working with Brittney and BNG remodel. Our new bathroom is exactly what we had hoped for! Brittney was honest, communicative, worked to make sure we stayed in budget and on time and offered helpful suggestions along the way! We will be contacting her again soon to do work to our downstairs bathroom as well! Could not recommend BNG Remodel enough!
Details: Install bathroom tiles or flooring • Install bathroom cabinets or fixtures • Replace fixtures • Family bath (shared by everyone) • Home

I wish I could give Brittney 10 stars! I have worked with a lot of companies in this trade, and Brittney is by far the most clear, communicative, efficient, and ON IT business owner I have come across. I never had any questions about cost, or when things would be done, or how they would be done. I needed someone to install carpet and bathroom flooring, but ended up having her and her team also paint interior walls, replace a garbage disposal, do some plumbing work, and more. Will definitely use her again and HIGHLY recommend you do the same.
Details: 501 - 1,000 sq ft • 5 rooms • Stairs • Carpet • Linoleum or vinyl • Plush • I already purchased the carpet • Residential

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A first time customer discount is applied to the final project price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to speak to the customer over the phone and get a basic understanding of the project. Then, I like to schedule a time to go out to look at their project(if that is best in the situation). I will then send them an estimate and follow-up after a few days to see if there are any questions that I can answer for them. You can e-sign all official quotes and contracts through the email that is sent out. Then, I work with my customers to determine the best time for their project to be completed so that I can get them scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience directly relates to my years of working for and with my grandfather and his construction company that he owned for over 50 years. I was on job sites since I was 4 years old.
