Nashville Thai Massage

I offer the ancient healing art of Thai massage, also known as Thai yoga massage! It is a full body massage that utilizes deep compression and acupressure, as well as gentle assisted yoga. Thai massage is different than table massage in that instead of a table, the massage is performed on a soft mat on the floor and the client wears loose comfortable clothing (similar to that worn in yoga). My clients usually experience a feeling of being rejuvenated and yet very calm at the same time. It is typical for the body to feel lighter, more aligned and centered. The deep compression and the stretching act to give the body a thoroughly "worked" feeling, while the acupressure acts to break up and free any blocks in the body. The end result is a feeling that one has just had a 90min meditation. I offer 3 different sessions: 90, 120, and 180 min. Most people should choose the 90min to start with. Due to the nature of the work, Thai massage can be customized to anyone. There isn't anyone that "can't" receive it, or that this can't be tailored to fit! Experience something different!
