My Customized Cleaning, LLC provides professional house cleaning for our client's livable space. Prior to cleaning and upon scheduling, a detailed walkthrough is conducted with every client to discuss their cleaning needs. After every walkthrough, the cleaning products that will be used are reviewed with the client.
Prior to cleaning, an estimate is always given via Thumbtack. The actual cleaning cost is based on the current cleaning condition and the amount of time the job/tasks required to clean. Price is not based on the size of your home or apartment. Note: Final cost is agreed after the walk-through with the client on the scheduled cleaning day. Estimates are not the actual quote.
My Customized Cleaning, LLC have cleaned many small residences and due to the current cleaning condition (excessive pet hair, excessive mold, dust/cobwebs, debris etc etc) will spend the same amount of hours as if it was a 3,000 sq. ft home.
As a professional cleaner and 31 years in corporate facilities management, I know the importance of cleanliness. To say you know how to clean is a HUGE difference for a client to feel cleanliness when they walk in their home. All doors and baseboards (highly recommend for excessive pet hair or pet owners)
All Floors are vacuumed/dust mop and afterwards mopped (we do not clean over dirt)
Dusting (no pictures frames, cluttered bookcases, tabletops or furniture with many trinkets/trophies, etc)
