What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When my customers refer another customer to me I will give the referring customers a discount for standar cleaning jobs only. My prices and fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure that I do a walk through with my clients to make sure we both understand the project and give correct pricing. I ask the customer questions so they know what I will be doing while I ma in their home, I keep in communication with my clients when they leave their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a training for 3 different times. To learn what cleaning supplies are best for different surfaces as well as well as cleaning mirrors with the correct cleaning supplies and cloths. I also do not use bleach on surfaces do not damage customers wood surfaces. We also take car of what products i sue to make sure your window are left clean. Floors I use whatever cleaning products the clients wants.
