Introduction: Aside from our meticulous cleaning, we are available to assist our clients in any way possible. We help with dry cleaning pickup/drop-off, pet walking, light bulb changing, small shopping, and whatever else you may need to help complete your day. We are here for you! Sean and I both take pride in our work and enjoy helping others. We value a job done well and we know that delivering one is the only way we'll have a successful business. We care so much about each and every client and continuously strive to "wow" our clients every day. Our goal is to provide a service that helps to make hectic lives easier. My wife and I recently moved to the area and were looking for a new cleaning service. Her Mother and Aunt own a cleaning company in our home town so we were worried that we would have a hard time finding someone that would meet our standards, and I know she was really struggling with trusting our home to strangers after having it in the hands of family for so long. I never review someone after the first experience (anyone can make a good first impression) but we've used them several times now and SpotOn has exceeded our expectations every time. They listened to all of our requests no matter how OCD they may have been, always right on time, and the job they do is excellant! We feel super lucky to have found them.

My friend Anna convinced me to try SpotOn's Cleaning Services. I’m a really picky person when comes to cleaning, I fell like nobody will do it as good as I do. All I wanted was a good cleaning for my house since I couldn’t do it because of an injury to my right hand. The housecleaning crew was prompt, which was impressive. First we went over the paperwork, and after that they got their equipment out of the van. She took a look around, and presented an estimate that was a bit higher than I was expecting. I pointed out that the quote I got over the phone would be less than this, and showed her the email estimate I asked them to send me. She explained how they calculated the initial estimate, and said that they could meet my financial expectations. When I set up the appointment, I had the feeling that the rep phone was busy, and distracted, but I wasn't about to pay for the mistake. Bottom line, I'm really glad that they were flexible enough to make adjustments on the fly. That alone earned some respect. Regarding, the cleaning itself – spot on. They got to places I didn’t thought of. They're professionals for a great value. I highly recommend them!!!

Sean and Natalia did a fantastic job cleaning our home. Not only was the place absolutely spotless, but the two were personable and kind. They did a very thorough job and will DEFINITELY be brought back on a regular basis!! I highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge $50/hour for our first visit. This includes a two person team that will detail the inside of your home from top to bottom. For routine clients, we then establish a flat rate to maintain an immaculate home for all future visits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet clients face-to-face to provide quotes. We believe that it helps to put the client at ease about the person that may be cleaning there home and it also gives us a chance to evaluate their home to provide a more accurate quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were both successful hospitality professionals in Chicago. We became tired of the stress and long hours. We "retired" from that industry, moved to Nashville, and started a cleaning business to have a better quality of life.
