Had an in-law who due to health had to be moved away. We live many hours away and could not clean out the in-laws apartment.Elite Removal was so quick and professional!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military, first responder, and senior citizen discounts, as well as multi load and multi-customer discounts. If you have others near you who need a similar service we can lower the prices due to lowered overhead costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get pictures and provide a free estimate. Sometimes the prices are more or less than what was quoted, but we are transparent about prices before work begins. If someone does not confirm pricing before work begins please let us know.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the military for 22+ years and have had to complete my fair share of dirty jobs. Professionalism and honesty are two of our key tenets and we will provide that for all customers.
