- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the scope of work, access, volume, and disposal requirements. Most jobs start at $150, with clear, upfront pricing before any work begins. We don’t offer gimmicky discounts—our focus is doing the job efficiently and correctly the first time. There are no surprise fees, and disposal is either included or clearly explained in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather a few details and photos if available. For larger jobs, we then schedule a quick on-site visit to give an accurate quote. Once pricing is approved, we schedule the work—often within the same week—and handle everything from cleanup to haul-off. Payment is due once the job is completed and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in property cleanup, debris removal, and light tree services. We understand proper cleanup methods, safe equipment use, and responsible disposal practices. We stay focused on doing work safely, efficiently, and in a way that protects the property and surrounding areas.
