- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have daily and half day rates for maintenance, larger projects are the same but factoring in larger variables. I am able to provide estimates including fees prior to the start of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see pictures of the space of interest and hear a summary of what the client has in mind. From there I like to do some research and formulate several plans for the client to look though. Once we’ve decided on a goal and plan it’s time to get materials and get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree, six years of various landscaping experience, and almost twenty years in retail, hospitality, and music business.
