Soni did an amazing job! She made me feel comfortable. We chatted throughout the session and it made the time pass so quickly. She was so kind and professional. The makeup and hair looked amazing and stayed all day long. I had my hair and makeup done at 11 am and it looks amazing at 10 pm after the wedding. Such an amazing woman! Definitely recommend.

Not a Happy Customer! On September 3, I communicated with the owner of this business about hair and makeup services for three of my family members for my wedding on October 11. She confirmed her availability, sent over a contract, and I made a deposit. After that, I didn’t hear anything until two days before my wedding, on October 9, when I reached out to confirm the details at 2 PM. I received no response to my message or the two calls I made afterward. I even followed up twice more, including a message about the final payment due on October 10. Only then did she finally respond saying she had COVID and wouldn’t be able to provide services. Honestly, I find this very disappointing. If I hadn’t reached out, no one would’ve shown up on my wedding day, and we would’ve been completely unprepared. While I appreciate that she refunded my deposit immediately, this entire experience was stressful and unprofessional, especially given how important and time-sensitive wedding services are. If you can’t follow through on a commitment, please communicate that right away so your clients have time to make other arrangements.
