It was a terrible day, this clown made it worse. After confirming the time for him to help in the move, he didn’t show up. He’d sent a separate message asking for more detail on how many hours it would take, which I didn’t see until I’d arrived at my new house. He didn’t show. I messaged him several times after he had confirmed he would arrive, no answer. When I called him he tried to blame me, saying I hadn’t answered his text about duration (that he’d sent AFTER confirming he’d be coming to help. Then he hung up on me, refused to answer additional calls and even refused to apologize when I gave him a chance in lieu of writing this negative review.
Totally unprofessional. Left me with NO HELP to unload this uhaul. Don’t trust him, choose another mover with a smidgen of integrity, which he lacks.
