What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know my prices are higher than some, remember I have 23 years experience. 🙂
Sometimes I give discounts, such as, to students, first time customers, or occasionally to someone who is need-based. Holiday Sales.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain what to expect & ask where their areas of tension, pain, discomfort are in their body. I offer essential oils (such as lavender, peppermint) & pure drinking water. Music and temperature is up to the client’s wishes. As well as pressure & modalities used.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve practiced yoga throughout my life. I’ve studied natural health including homeopathy for years, along with being a professional massage therapist trained locally at Cumberland Institute for Wellness Education. 💙
