- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be variable based off the massage session itself. If a massage ends up going a little longer or shorter, the therapist will be flexible. Current pricing on profile is based on an Integrated Type Massage Session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients fill out intake paperwork either before or after meeting for the first time. This process can take 5 to 15 minutes depending on client history. This process helps to determine needs, wants, and expectations. Afterwards the massage can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Various continuing education classes over the years have all helped mold me into the Integrated Massage Therapist I am today.
