I lost my dad in a car accident & the guy who did it didnt even have insurance. Not only was I already sad because my dad is all I had left, I was SO angry & I really didnt know what to do. A friend ended up telling me to try calling Kurt Bartlett. I did & Im so happy to say that I was able to recover $ for my dads loss & I made new friends as well. Mr Bartlett is an amazing lawyer! Ive never thought I would deal with having to hire a lawyer, but I am happy Ive found Kurt! Being faced with a DUI, I was told by Mr. Bartlett upfront the pros and cons that I can possibly be faced with. This was my first time dealing with a issue like this so I was a nervous wreck! NEEDLESS TO SAY, on 9/11, Mr.Bartlett got the DUI dropped to a reckless endangerment which I can get expunged off my record! Overall great person and very professional!

Great dui attorney. Had hired another attorney but after 3 years he wanted me to settle. I dropped him and hired Mr Bartlett and just after 3 court dates he had charges dismissed. I highly recommend Mr Bartlett for any dui case.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Criminal Defense Cases are an agreed flat rate and will never increase based on number of court dates. There will be many.
Injury Cases are contingency only - we get paid ONLY AFTER you get paid. No fee if we do not win.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultations are always no-cost and can be done in-person or over the phone - whatever you prefer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained Police Crime Scene Investigator, and Supervisor. Solved many crimes through physical evidence including a murder. This knowledge is critical in analyzing a criminal or civil case as an attorney.
