- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are CONTINGENT! That means if you have no recovery, then you pay us NO fee. You will never write us a check directly. Fees are paid out of the settlement proceeds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different. We get to work on your case as soon as you call and engage us. We can meet virtually, over the phone or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
