Tyler is seriously the most amazing personal trainer I've had! He is very good at what he does and always keeps your end goal in mind! He never once makes you feel like you are horrible and there's no hope for you! He is tough and will push you, but only with your best interest in mind. I would recommend him to any and everyone! I'm blessed to have Tyler in my life and so thankful I met him through another client who talked so highly of him! Thanks for all you do Tyler! Tyler is very professional and in tune to your needs as a client. He pushes you and helps you reach your fitness goals in a caring manner. He accommodates your schedule and also provides a meal plan to help you reach your goals faster. I have learned valuable lessons about food and fitness since I began training with Tyler. I feel like I wasted years in the gym trying to lose weight on my own. Tyler also has a private facility so you don't have to feel self conscious or intimidated. I'm stronger, my form is better and I'm losing weight the right way. Tyler is truly an answer to prayers. I was at one of my lowest points with self-esteem and the way that I looked. I was tired of being tired. I needed a trainer who would push me to my limits and who would also help me with eating better. He created a meal and exercise plan that was tailored to my lifestyle. In just 85 days, I have already dropped two dress sizes and feel stronger & healthier than I have ever felt in my life! At 51 years old, it’s not easy committing to going to a gym or re-learning how to eat, but Tyler's patience and persistence has truly changed my life for the better. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a two for one special which means two people can train at the same time and split the training fee. I still focus on individual needs, but at a cost that is affordable for those on a tight budget. Being a Veteran, I offer discounts to the military, police, and firefighters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?On our initial meeting, I will sit down with you to learn more about what has motivated you to be in front of me today and learn about what obstacles are keeping you from reaching our goals. I will then formulate a plan to help you achieve your goals one step at a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer with ISSA certification since January 2015 and currently attending college to attain my degree as a Nutritional Dietician and Exercise Science Specialist. I was a Command Fitness Leader(also known as CFL) at my command while in the Navy and have the experience to prepare people mentally and physically who are interested in joining the military.
