Kitty Kingdom looked after my persian cat for a full week. This is the first time I've had a problem-free boarding experience, and would absolutely do it again. I received regular updates, and photos and videos when requested. He had plenty of room to play, a window from which he could watch the birds, and the clear love and attention from Vivian. From drop-off to pickup, I never doubted that he was in good hands.

Vivian is very professional yet very personal with the kitties. She loves them be very much. You can gaurentee you will not have to worry about your fur babies.

Very kind and caring family with veterinary expertise. They sent pictures and updates daily. I felt completely comfortable leaving my cat in their care. I will definitely call them next time I need to leave my kitty while I am away

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regular fee is $50 per night boarded. New clients get a 10% discount for the first night's boarding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to them about their needs; asking them to complete Boarding Application online and submit it; asking them to forward vet records to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in Animal Care from NSCC, and over six years experience in working as a Veterinary Assistant.
