- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per kitty per night. There are discounts available for multiple kitties, new clients, and currently I'm offering half off the fee because of the health crisis. This is my way of giving back to the community in time of need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the customer to complete a boarding application online and send it to me with vet records showing up-to-date vaccinations and flea treatment. Then we make the appointment for the customer to bring the boarding cat(s) to me or for me to pick up the cat(s) in my specially outfitted Kitty Kab.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification in Animal Care from Volunteer State Community College and six years experience as a veterinary assistant.
