Highly recommend! My daughter boarded her cats for several weeks here. The one that is normally very shy and afraid of new people was lying in the owners lap and happy on the first day. Lots of pics and videos sent to show they were ok and happy. If they can't be home, this is the next best place.May 10, 2020
I know Vivian, not from being a client, but the way she feels about cats and that's lovingly. Your pets will be in good hands.Feb 24, 2020Review from GoogleKitty Kingdom's reply
Vivian is a great person to recommend for your kitty needs. She has years of experience in veterinary and would give your fur baby the love and attention he / she needs while you are away. Please consider her when you need someone to care for your baby. You won't be sorry.Feb 24, 2020Review from GoogleKitty Kingdom's reply
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge per kitty per night. There are discounts available for multiple kitties, new clients, and currently I'm offering half off the fee because of the health crisis. This is my way of giving back to the community in time of need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask the customer to complete a boarding application online and send it to me with vet records showing up-to-date vaccinations and flea treatment. Then we make the appointment for the customer to bring the boarding cat(s) to me or for me to pick up the cat(s) in my specially outfitted Kitty Kab.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certification in Animal Care from Volunteer State Community College and six years experience as a veterinary assistant.
