- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible with my pricing, and I am happy to work with customers with smaller budgets. I am open to offering cash discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we have a conversation about the scope of work, pricing, and what are required for the customer's home theater. We then we'll schedule the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained to do installation work at a few different museums, which has given me a level of professionalism, care, precision, and quality that you won't find elsewhere.
