Unchained Solutions is your go to tax preparer. They are extremely convenient and got me my maximum refund. It was so easy to upload my documents to the app and in less then an a couple hours my documents were prepared. I will definitely file with you guys in 2021

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are flat rated at 285 for basic returns and for business returns the fee is $485. If you use any advances those fees are accessed by the bank.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First just meeting and getting to know a little about you and your situation. Then just asking some questions so we can make sure we are taking advantage of all available options.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a friend That started a tax school and a franchise and I was engaged and wanted to pay for the wedding and needed more cash so I learned to do taxes.
