- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are flat rated at 285 for basic returns and for business returns the fee is $485. If you use any advances those fees are accessed by the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First just meeting and getting to know a little about you and your situation. Then just asking some questions so we can make sure we are taking advantage of all available options.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a friend That started a tax school and a franchise and I was engaged and wanted to pay for the wedding and needed more cash so I learned to do taxes.
