FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is not to make as much money per job as possible - our goal is to create repeat customers and make sure they are satisfied. We understand that pricing is a huge part of that so we do not nickle and dime. We try very hard to be competitive with our hourly rate for all of our services. We work to turn around the job quickly so the hourly rate stays affordable. We can estimate a full job quote as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with you over the phone and understand your vision for your final product. We will then work with you to talk through the process and what it will take to get there. We will try to make it a stress-less as possible for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
