Introduction: Instead of being tied down in a studio I enjoy exploring new locations and taking shots that are different. No unnatural instagram-like editing. I cringe when I see someones photos with unnatural editing done to them. I put a lot of work into making sure your photos have the correct colors so they look AMAZING when printed. I love capturing raw emotions. I usually say things that will prompt a real emotion instead of just saying "Smile". While shooting, I am thinking about your album or the shots you will want in your home. I shoot multiple angles with wide shots and close-ups to tell a story in your album. I want you to get the most from your photo shoot with me.

We hired Josh to be our wedding photographer for our ceremony and reception in July 2013. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Even though we were not in Nashville in the months leading up to the wedding, he did a great job of communicating with us by email and making sure we were on the same page. On the day of the wedding, Josh and his assistant did a great job of being adaptable and adjusting to changing circumstances. A rainstorm wreaked havoc on our plans for an outdoor ceremony, and we were late being ready for photos, but Josh and his assistant were calm and upbeat, and did a great job of getting the photos in an otherwise rushed and somewhat chaotic environment. Josh had the photos ready in less than a month after the wedding, and they turned out beautifully. We've been thrilled with the results, and our families have loved seeing how well he captured the day.

We hired him to shoot my senior photos. I really liked all the photos on his senior website so I booked my shoot with him. I had a lot of FUN hanging out with him and his crew shooting my photos. I felt like I was famous! The photos he took were outstanding and I believe I have the best photos out of all my friends! Thanks Josh!!

If I am not out shooting I am taking courses to improve my photography skills. I take a live online course during the week. I enjoy learning new techniques, styles, poses and ideas.
