These guys were absolutely wonderful! Wish I could give 10 stars! We had a washing machine malfunction in our basement, which turned into flooding in two different rooms of our basement. Upon seeing the water, we immediately Googled a water removal service and these removal technicians were prompt to pickup, assess the situation, and they were at our house within an hour! They had all the equipment necessary, and were up front about the general cost of the project on the phone before they arrived. After a couple of days with their equipment running, our basement is now completely dry! You can lock up and let their industrial fans/humidifiers do the work while you are gone at work or out of the house. As soon as everything was finished, they promptly picked up the equipment and payment was easy. When you are in a water-damage situation, you need fast responses, a friendly and trustworthy voice on the other end of the line, competent and quick solutions, and decent/transparent pricing. These guys provided all that and more! They were also very kind to my sweet dog who wanted to make a new friend :) Definitely recommend!
