I'm a DIY-er, but I had a larger mold problem than I wanted to try to take care of myself, in my crawl space. It would have taken me several weekends to take care of it. IRS came in and took care of it in a day and a half! They also gave me lots of advice on how to prevent the issue from occurring again. They will be the first people I call when I have another project that I need help with.

We needed our crawl space inspected for moisture and mold. Preston came out personally and inspected thoroughly and provided a detailed report. I was concerned about having Water/Mold in my crawlspace so I called these guys out for a free inspection. Preston spent over 45 minutes in my crawlspace taking pictures of all the affected areas. Once he completed this he explained exactly what needed to be done. Long story short, I hired them to clean up all the damage and was glad I did. These guys had a great attitude and they worked nonstop for 3 days. Once they were done, Preston sent me all the before and after pictures which really assured me that I got my moneys worth and that no corners were cut. IRS was not the cheapest, but I know without a doubt that my problem is 100% resolved.
