From the first phone call, Pure Southern has been prompt and courteous. David came out to see our water system and thoroughly explained our options. Getting the new softener and filter was quick and Ethan, the installer, was knowledgeable and took time to make sure I understood the system.

These guys are great. As one of their "problem" customers. I will say these guys have made every effort to take care of our problems. Let me first say that our water issue has been a tough one to figure out. Dustin and Drake have been very responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional in trying to get our water to be usable. They are personable enough and care enough about getting it right that I can call them anytime if I have an issue. Believe me I have. But we also have a really unique water issue. So we have done a lot of trial and error and Dustin, Drake and all the techs have been great. After having to get our water to be usable I would say these guys can help out anyone that has water issues. If you are looking for a good reliable, professional, dependable company that takes care of their customers I HIGHLY recommend Pure Southern Water.

Very professional and quick turnaround! Free Consultation on Monday, installed by Friday the same week! The installation crew was very respectful and knowledgeable, in and out within an hour! Highly recommend getting a free consultation to see what your water is reading, I knew our water was very hard and felt like it has gotten worse before calling PURE Southern Water and Air. Dont look anywhere else. From start to finish a real rare 5 star experience with a locally owned business. We got the whole home filtration and softener system as well as the reverse osmosis at the tap setup. Great products even better company.

I'll post an update later after I have more history with my water softener, but so far I have nothing but good things to say about Pure Southern Water. Their customer service is outstanding, with my project going from inquiry to completed installation in about a week. Two thumbs and two toes up for Marla Berryhill in sales who really knows her stuff, and Jonah who did a great job on the installation.
