Mariano has gone above and beyond in helping us get our fixer-upper fixed up! He’s knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, and has very fair prices. They replaced subfloor for me in my bedroom closet and put my downspouts under the ground where water could flow to the front ditch drain. They finished in a timely manner and Mariano is very patient and explains what they will be doing. They also put vapor barrier in my very small crawl space where other companies said they couldn’t do it. I wasn’t able to see all of the crawl space but I’m trusting his word. They installed a dehumidifier. Mariano also told me that they would come and check the humidifier annually so I was impressed. When putting my clothes back in my closet I realized that the subfloor that Mariano company put in the closet was very weak. When stepping on it, it’s unstable. Also on the outside of my home where he put the downspouts to flow underground to the front ditch is now showing the pipes that he covered up with some type of tar gravel. I found out today that he did not put vapor barrier in all the small crawl space. It was only put where the door open. He assured me that he could put it throughout that small crawl sI have not been able to reach Mariano for months. He will not return my calls nor text.
