- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts on encapsulation services. Feel free to discuss this with her inspector when he comes to inspect your crawlspace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally a customer will contact us for inspection after which we will send an estimate. If agreed upon, we begin the projects as soon as possible in accordance with the homeowners desires and usually takes a few days to complete if it’s a full service project. We then follow up within the next weeks and months in order to make sure that what we install is working properly and effectively to prevent mold and moisture issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years working w/in the industry for larger companies. I got tired of seeing homeowners being taken advantage of w/ pricing and poor quality work being done by bigger companies. That’s why I started this company- to be able to help my local community and hometown while being able to support my family in the process. We stand by our core values of honesty and integrity with each service that we provide on each project.
