About this pro

I have been very fortunate to have studied with the best yoga teacher with the most notoriety and credibility in the United States, and world wide certifications in the yoga world. Working with people with different strengths and weaknesses and a broad and diverse ages, backgrounds, incomes. We are all alike in so many ways!!!...I like being able to share and make a real difference in peoples lives. Seeing and hearing people say to me "I feel better or I feel more at ease, or wow I feel so much more energy, I see and feel how much more flexible I am now. Yoga and mediation are ways that have shown me abundance of benefits for me in my life. Now after many years of teaching and doing yoga I have seen many, many benefits that it has on so many different people, each person has starts doing yoga for difference reasons. Some come to yoga for one reasons and found other healing aspects to their yoga practice. Some people have special needs or issuers they want to work on, Being able to see the people change and discover new things about themselves and then applying in their daily lives is just so much fun and rewarding. It make me feel like I'm making a difference in this world.

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $15-$20 dollars for a group class and $85.00 dollars for private yoga instruction. If I go to their home and I bring the yoga props I usually charge extra $25.00 fee. I'm also very conscious of of the economy situation in our country, so I want everyone to be able to afford to discover the practice of yoga, I run specials often to make the practice of yoga affordable to all, and I try to accommodate all students that truly have a desire to learn and explore this practice of yoga. I was very blessed when I was first starting to doing yoga, my teachers were very generous and helpful in so many ways. I receive the best education from the world most renowned yoga teacher through out the world.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think asking the student lots questions about themselves. What activities they do daily? Asking what their daily activities are? What they do professionally? What are the students goals for good fitness including diet? What health issues they may have if any? Asking if they have pass injuries if any? What physical limitations if any? What's happening right now! With their bodies and how they feel emotionally right now?
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have traveled to India several times to continue my studies in therapeutic yoga. I continue to work with senior yoga teachers and do workshops specifically for yoga teachers. I continue to be support by my teachers as a yoga student and as yoga teacher myself. I have studied with many senior well known yoga teachers over the last twenty-seven years. I'm continuing to discover new books, tapes, interviews and articles that discuss and deal with new ways of working with yoga students to keep discovering the practice of yoga.
