- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated I do not charge for a service call. Always free estimates. I will arrive and quickly evaluate the issue and give you an honest price. Once I give a price I do not increase the price regardless if I made a miscalculation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I follow up on new codes and regulations. New products and benefits from using them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was a teenager I worked on my father's rentals. I got into the construction industry. I started framing houses. I eventually wanted to earn more money working smarter so I decided to go into the electrical trade, two years later I then became a masonry subcontractor. Stone, stucco & tile. Now I do all sorts of work because I enjoy solving problems.
