- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes! There is no charge for initial meet and greet. I will have all prices and paper work with me at the meet and greet. Very competitive pricing. I actually do the work!! I usually quote my per visit, with the initial quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial visit to home for a meet and greet, with owner and pet. To sign a contract, and to obtain emergency numbers. To basically go over all the guestions the customer has, and to review pet's schedule. Feeding, medication, walking and exercise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up on farm..I have been around pets since I was a child, and I have owned numerous pets ..I have two black Schnauzers, and two special need cats. So, I know how to deal with a variety of animals.. And, special need animal. If it is a choking disorder, or a limb removed. I have experienced most everything. Just always stay calm, and loving!
