- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing is cost effective on a budget and we provide only the best parts able to be sourced. we also offer a 1 year service plan that includes 1 free service/inspection/tune-up every 6 months and a free upgrade if they renew their service plan for another year. if the customer needs a repair during that year, it's included
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when our technician arrives, we inspect the door system in its entirety. we make recommendations for repairs based on the issue and any other issues found. explain the issues found with the door and opener system. work out an effective repair plan with the customer. complete the repairs the customer selects. test the system and ensure proper operation. service and lubricate the system as needed. close out and explain the repairs with the customer while allowing the customer to test the system to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have 5 years of direct experience in the field. Our technicians have worked with and learned from 5 master technicians with a combined 60+ years of experience.
