FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to get on the same page with the client. Quickly learn their personality and needs. Show them that we understand their needs and prove that we're the best choice for their solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a teenager, I started Landscape design education. My family had a cleaning and remodeling business that I also worked for. I learned a lot over many years, did a lot if this type of work on the side and have managed a number of businesses. Creating this company and hiring proven, skilled tradesmen to work along side of me has been even more of a learning experience in areas I had not touched.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with every type of customer imaginable. From low budget to millionaires, easy and flexible to difficult and picky. People are how they are, and they know what they like and want, bottom line. If they're paying for it, they should get it.
